		<description>I&#039;d like to comment on this. My dad usually goes to gym twice a day and when he gets home from the second visit, he&#039;s usually tired. Around 3 months of doing this, his body gave out. He&#039;s now experiencing backaches and leg cramps. I dunno why, perhaps he&#039;s overdoing it. Take a lesson from what my dad experienced.</description>
